- You are in the United States and Aidvantage placed, or caused to be placed, a call to you.
- The call went to a number assigned to a cellular telephone service that was NOT assigned to a current or former Aidvantage customer or accountholder.
- Aidvantage used, or caused to be used, an artificial or prerecorded voice on that call.
- The call was placed between 12 February 2021 and 26 September 2025.

- If you received a postcard notice and claim form in the mail: submit your claim online at www.AidvantageTCPASettlement.com, or mail the completed claim form, postmarked by 24 August 2026.
- If you did NOT receive a postcard notice: write to the Settlement Administrator to request a claim form AND submit proof that you received an artificial or prerecorded voice call or message from Aidvantage on your cellular telephone between 12 February 2021 and 26 September 2025.
- A claim form obtained that way must still be completed and returned postmarked by 24 August 2026 to take part in the settlement.
