- You live in the United States.
- At any time from 1 April 2015 through the present, you were younger than 13 years old when you downloaded or otherwise used an application from Google Play.
- The defendants allegedly collected, used, or disclosed your personal information.
- Excluded from the class: the defendants, their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and directors; the judges assigned to the case and any member of their immediate family; anyone who submits a valid and timely Request for Exclusion; and Settlement Class Counsel.

- A Claim Form submitted online, or downloaded and mailed postmarked, by 14 September 2026. Each class member may submit one claim.
- If the class member was under 18 as of 29 May 2026, the Claim Form must be submitted and signed by their parent or legal guardian.
- The claim must come from the class member or their parent or legal guardian — no Claim Forms from third parties will be accepted.
